Less than half the weight of other Shubb capos, L9 is an excellent match for almost all ukuleles. The Shubb LiTE is made of aluminum, and weighs less than one ounce, making it a great choice for ukulele. Is a Lightweight capo for you? Maybe. Some people associate a certain amount of heft with quality, while many others feel that a capo should be as light as possible. But even if you are in the former camp, you are likely to find that the L9 LITE capo is an ideal match for the weight and feel of your uke. However, if you still prefer the feel of a brass capo, then try our model C9b for ukulele. The L9 will fit almost all ukuleles, with the exception of a few baritones with deeper necks. For these, any of our model 5 (banjo) capos will be a good fit.
