All Shubb orders ship from our fulfillment center in Marshall, Michigan.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Most orders are prepared for shipment the next business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM ET may be processed the following business day.
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via:

Customers may also choose expedited shipping, which is shipped via:

Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time, but orders are still processed and shipped Monday–Friday only.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
International shipping options and delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.
International shipments are typically handled by UPS, though available options may vary at checkout.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, import regulations, and local carrier delays.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. Your local post office or carrier is often able to provide the most accurate information.

If the shipment is confirmed lost and the item is available, we will send a replacement order.
