About Our Finishes

Royale Gold & Rose Gold: Gold plating has long been a luxurious finish for musical instruments and accessories. While gold is undeniably beautiful, it is not at all durable; it will wear off far too easily and quickly. And it is famously expensive. But now we have researched a high-tech finishing technique that utilizes titanium to produce a capo that has all the beauty of real gold, but is as durable as any metal finish you will ever find. These capos will shine like gold for many, many years. Available in two distinct finishes, Gold and Rose Gold.

Noir Black: Plated in black chrome, this stunningly beautiful capo will be the choice of anyone who prefers an elegant and inconspicuous look onstage or off. Perfect for instruments with black hardware or any dark finished instrument, and a must have for anyone who likes the stealth look!

Pāua Pearl: Pāua is the Maori (native New Zealand) name for a species of abalone whose shells are the most beautiful and colorful. Luthiers often use Pāua shell for the inlays on their most special guitars. Fine jewelry crafted from the shells are known as Pāua Pearls. It uses the same durable titanium process as our other Capo Royale models, so its eye-popping, color-shifting beauty will last practically forever. And like the Pāua shell itself, no two are exactly alike. The patterns of color occur randomly, so no one else's Pāua Pearl capo will look exactly like yours!
